II. Standards for Product Integrity 

The returned goods must be in good condition. Specifically, they should be able to maintain their original quality and functions, and the goods themselves, accessories, and trademark labels should all be complete. 

Permitted circumstances: You may open the product packaging for inspection purposes, or conduct reasonable testing to verify the quality and functionality of the product, without damaging the integrity of the product. 

* Special Note (for clothing, shoes, hats, etc.): According to the regulations, if the trademark logo is removed, the logo is cut off, the goods are soiled or damaged, etc., it will be regarded as the goods being not in good condition. Please ensure that the goods are in good condition before returning them. 

III. Return and Exchange Procedure 

1. Initiate the application: Please, within seven days from the date of receiving the goods, initiate the return or exchange application through the online customer service of the store or on your order page. 

2. Provide Information: After receiving your return request, we will promptly provide you with the accurate and genuine return address, contact person, and contact number, etc. 

3. Returning the goods: Please return the goods promptly and keep the return receipt (such as the delivery number) properly. When returning the goods, please return the main product, accessories and any gifts (if any) together. If the gifts cannot be returned, we may request you to pay the corresponding gift price based on the price indicated in advance. 

4. Merchant's Receipt and Refund: We will return the payment for the goods you have purchased within seven days from the date of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used during the purchase. If you used multiple payment methods during the purchase, the refund will be made according to the actual payment amounts for each method. 

IV. Situations Where the 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy Does Not Apply 

According to relevant national regulations, the following items are not eligible for a seven-day no-reason return. Please be informed: 

Consumer-made goods, such as customized items with specific sizes or embroidered words, etc., which are personalized. 

Goods that may pose a threat to personal safety or hygiene after being opened, such as underwear, swimsuits, and intimate clothing (for health and hygiene reasons, such opened goods that are in good condition will not be returned or exchanged) 

Products that are explicitly indicated as being close to their expiration date or having defects, such as those being sold at clearance prices or on sale and for which the defects have been clearly disclosed. 

V. Freight Information 

Seven-day no-reason return policy: The shipping cost for returning the goods is your responsibility. If you participated in the free shipping promotion but no longer meet the conditions for free shipping after the return, we may deduct the shipping cost from the refund. 

Quality issue returns and exchanges: If the return or exchange is due to a quality problem with the product, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
